Role: Field Sales Supervisor

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the distributor and his team to achieve the distribution objectives which contribute overall to the ICP. This position facilitates the day-to-day operations between Nestle and the distributor(s) to effectively execute category requirements.
**A DAY IN THE LIFE **
- Accountable for the ICP sales / volumes / value and RIG objectives for their respective region through effective execution of plans
- Execute the agreed upon business plan with the distributor and managing the business plan and investments required to achieve it.
- Accountable for effective implementation of channel and sales plans
- Drive the distributor performance against plan and recommend measures as required to achieve or surpass ICP.
- Execute plans as agreed upon between the CDT & Sales Teams & to drive numeric and weighted distribution.
- Effective execution of all activities in line with trade plan
- Accountable for the development of distributor's sales team via regular on-the-job training and field appraisal
- Accountable to carry out the field assessments among distributor staff and implement the required training to address staff training and development needs.
- Responsible for reviewing potential distributor operational gaps versus Nestle distributor standards that may affect business continuity.
- Accountable and responsible for building and maintaining good commercial relationship with key customers.
- Develop effective customer plans and regularly review performance.
- Accountable for managing and controlling the Cost of Doing Business with key customers and channels.
- Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken, including those taking place on trade, to the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes and Nestle Instructions and local country codes.
- Comply with Nestlé’s strictest requirements that Nestlé marketing and sales personnel will not seek contact with, or give advice to pregnant women, or mothers of infants and young children regarding Infant Formula in their business capacity.

- 6 to 8 years of sales experience
- Proven leadership in guiding sales team
- Strong leader and self-motivator
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (Oral and written)
- Comfortable in high-pressure environments
- Effective multitasking and organizational skills
- Understanding of financial and logistics principles
- Key Account & Category Management skills
- Insight into customer needs and buying behavior.
- Ability to effectively work with others
