As Quality Project & Installation Manager, you will be accountable for ensuring that the project scope of supply (including shop & installation phase) meets the quality contractual requirements. You will work in collaboration with the Project Manager & Installation Manager and all supporting functions involved in the project requisition processes, timely managing risks & the relevant mitigation plan in order to minimize the number of escaping defects & ensure that our customers’ needs are met.

As a Quality Project & Installation Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Creating quality plans based on the standard template incorporating additional customer quality and technical regulation and product certification requirements;
- Issuing the Quality Control Plan, managing customer comments and revisions till approval;
- Taking ownership for the quality requirements to ensure effective project execution for our customers;
- Making sure the quality requirements are flown down into procurement specifications;
- Issuing and keeping up to date the Inspection Activity Plan and coordinating inspections in BH facilities and suppliers together with BH appointed functions;
- Managing non-conformance and concessions approval process both during execution and installation to ensure compliance with contract requirements and report relevant status through proper KPIs;
- Performing analysis and reporting of cost of quality for the assigned region, maximizing cost recovery vs. vendors in cooperation with sourcing;
- Attend in person main project tests in BH & vendor facilities;
- Following up root cause analysis when required, cooperating with appointed functions, till closure;
- Participating at the project meetings both internal and with customer (KOM, PIMs, Lessons Learned Review, periodic meetings), sharing project related information and building relationship;
- Preparing and present quality performance reporting to internal leadership and customers;
- Monitoring the punch list during the scope of supply execution in order to achieve zero punch list at shipment;
- Leading the project quality risk review of the project ensuring the risks mitigation action plan is fulfilled;
- Following up with customer the review and approval of Manufacturer Data Record Book and, if required, R&S books and / or special certificate collection;
- Fulfilling requirements of BH revenues recognition process;
- Managing 360° Quality issues during installation phase in conjunction with site team and HQ references, ensuring right level of responsiveness, control and loop-back;
- Leading and promoting all aspects regarding Quality within the Installations function and to be a key interface with both internal and external customers and suppliers, providing Practical and Technical support to the Installations management structure.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Project Management)
- Have Minimum of 7 additional years of experience in Quality within manufacturing and construction phase.
- Demonstrate good oral, written communication skills as well as interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrate ability to influence others and lead small teams.
- Have ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact
- Demonstrate ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Have effective problem identification and solution skills with proven analytical and organizational ability.

**Desired Characteristics**:

- Experience with ARAMCO projects and knowledge ARAMCO requirements and relevant certification.
- Experience and knowledge of rotating equipment.
