**Responsibilities**
- Active participation in office management, including handling general clerical tasks.
- Confer with the human resources department to provide assistance with payroll, personnel databases and other duties.
- Work in coordination with the Production and Quality departments, to manage the import of supplies of raw material from around the world.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to help solve clerical issues.
- Provides technical assistance to all departments and staff in order to ensure that their needs are met or exceeded by an appropriate level of service.
- Manage office equipment and supplies, and order new equipment and supplies as needed.

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 Years of proven experience in a similar field.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comfort multitasking and handling multiple requests from different individuals and departments.
- Ability to work quickly and can inject positivity in the environment.
- Strong communication skills, extremely self-motivated and highly organized.
- Fluent in English and Arabic preferred.
- Based in Riyadh.

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
