**Responsibilities**:

- **Human Resources Strategy**: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Jawraa's organizational goals and objectives.
- **Employee Relations**: Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
- **Performance Management**: Implement performance management systems to monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- **Training and Development**: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and competencies.
- **Compensation and Benefits**: Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
- **HR Policies and Procedures**: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- **Employee Wellness**: Promote employee wellness initiatives and programs to support the well-being of employees.
- **HR Administration**: Oversee HR administrative tasks, including payroll, record-keeping, and regulatory reporting.
- **Legal Compliance**: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all HR practices and processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR policies and procedures.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations is highly desirable.
- Professional certification such as PHR or SPHR is a plus.
