Our client is a well-financed new Data Center business currently operating in stealth mode. They are looking to rollout data centers across Saudi Arabia, the wider MEA and APAC.
As a Senior Sales Executive specializing in data center solutions for hyperscalers, you will leverage your extensive industry knowledge and sales expertise. You will
be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, focusing primarily on targeting hyperscalers.
Your main objective will be to generate new business opportunities, foster long-term relationships with key decision-makers, and ultimately achieve revenue targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the hyperscale market segment and achieve sales objectives.
- Identify, prospect, and engage with key stakeholders in hyperscale organizations, including high-level executives, data center managers, and IT teams.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings, providing valuable insights to enhance our value proposition.
- Collaborate closely with the development, technical and strategy teams to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate our unique selling points.
- Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and pricing agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the client.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business / project development, technical, operations, legal, financial and strategy, to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent and relevant experience.
- Proven track record of 10 to 15 years in sales, with at least 3 years of proven experience in data center space sales to hyperscalers.
- Strong network of contacts within the hyperscale market, with a demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals.
- In-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure, colocation services and related technologies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior-level executives.
- Outstanding negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving industry, adapting to changing market conditions and customer demands.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
