3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Description
- Physical and mental fitness for working in the processing plant to perform manual lifting and handing hazardous chemicals.
- Conducting start-up and shutdown of various equipment including crushers, grinding mills, conveyor belts, pumps, compressors, screens, agitators and other.
- Ensuring adherence to safe operating procedures and other MSHEM standards.
- Conducting basic preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment.
- Performing measuring and recording of key process indicators and making sure that the plant is operating within the setpoints.
- Performing mixing of different reagents and minimizing wastage of consumables.

5. Experience in operating trackless mobile machinery and lifting equipment
