**Job Summary/Main Purpose**

The Line manager will lead, influence, and encourage sales team to achieve agreed sales goal and market share through attracting, developing, motivating, and retaining a workforce, while maintaining the company's image according to the company policies and professional ethics.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- DeDevelopra oductive workplace environment.
- Shapes team vision aligns with company vision and influence team mobilization toward setting gaols.
- Meets or exceeds sales targets within agreed budgets, timescales and resource. (Sales volume, Market share, Sales Growth, Market expenses, Free medical sample and Human capital investment)
- Responsible for the combined performance of the team and for ensuring that everyone within their team reaches their targets.
- Attracts, develop,s and retains talented MIOs.
- Coaches and develops team member’s skimember'sperformance.
- Responsible for supervising, motivation,g and monitoring team performance.
- Conducts quarterly performancereviewsw for direct report MIO,s including with performance development plan.
- Conducts annual performance appraisal report for direct report MIOs.
- Works closely with KOL’s customers builKOL'sstrategic partnership for mutual benefit.
- Prepares monthly cycle plan; team visit plan, promotional message, promotional tools, customer - centric activities.
- Ensures sales team executes well-planned sales calls andachievesd agreed daily sales call plans covering assigned territory (No. of salescallsl, converge and frequency)
- Works closely with marketing and supportive team to develop and execute sales tactics, tool,s and promotional materials.
- Ensures country sales tactics are aligned with the core brand strategy provided by marketing department.
- Manages records system; daily reports, customer profile & marketing feedback reports.
- Stays abreast of market and competitor dynamics, providing regular feedback reports to management.
- Responsible for staying informed about the activities of health services in a particular area.
- Attendsregulary company meetings as per direct manager instruction.
- Submits weekly & monthly reports tothe direct manager as perthe country reporting system.
- Responsible for ongoing prospecting for new business opportunities.
- Responsible for effective communication with colleagues and relevant members of other teams, in order to understand, maximize and drive line achievement.
- Builds desired skills, knowledge,e and attitude in coordination withthe direct coach.

**Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Attributes)**
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or related scienBachelor'smum of 5 years’ experience inthe Pharmaceutical Field
- Englisyears'Arabic Language is a must
