**Overview of the role**:
The Heavy Line Parts Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in managing parts sales operations, working closely with the dealer to oversee a designated customer list. This position involves daily tasks such as customer visits, call reporting, visual machine inspections, site visits, and monitoring dealer parts availability & operation. The primary objective is to drive parts sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and support the efficient operation of heavy machinery fleets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Management**:

- Maintain strong relationships with designated customers, understanding their parts needs and preferences.
- Regularly communicate with customers to address inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions.
- Collaborate with the dealer to develop and execute strategies for maximizing parts sales opportunities.

**2. Sales Representation**:

- Implement sales initiatives to achieve or exceed parts sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Conduct customer visits to promote parts sales, provide demonstrations, and negotiate pricing agreements for key accounts with the dealer and customer.
- Prepare and present proposals to customers, highlighting the value of genuine parts and aftermarket options.

**3. Daily Business Operations**:

- Generate detailed call reports to track customer interactions, sales activities, and parts inquiries.
- Conduct visual machine inspections to assess parts requirements and identify opportunities for replacement or upgrades.
- Perform site visits to evaluate parts usage, provide recommendations, and address customer concerns.

**4. Dealer Parts Availability**:

- Collaborate with dealerships to ensure timely availability of parts, monitoring inventory levels pertaining to his/her scope of products and replenishment processes.
- Coordinate with dealer to address parts orders, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies or delays.

**5. Lost Sales Reporting**:

- Document and analyse lost parts sales opportunities, identifying reasons for lost sales and implementing corrective actions.
- Provide regular feedback to the senior management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar field (preferred).
- Proven experience of at least 6-8 years in parts sales within the heavy machinery or automotive industry, with a strong understanding of parts function & parts inventory management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Proficiency in conducting visual machine inspections and evaluating parts compatibility.
- Familiarity with dealer parts ordering systems and inventory tracking software.
- Valid Saudi driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
- Transferable Iqama for expats
