**Job Overview**:
HR Executive should play a crucial role in the human resources department of an organization, overseeing various functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The position requires a combination of strategic thinking, people skills, and a thorough understanding of HR practices.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Recruitment and Staffing**:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate with department managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
- **Employee Relations**:
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to address concerns and resolve conflicts.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote company culture and values.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations when necessary.
- **Performance Management**:
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
- Assist in creating development plans and training programs to enhance employee skills.
- **Compliance and Legal**:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare reports and documentation required for legal and regulatory purposes.
- **Compensation and Benefits**:
- Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs.
- Conduct salary surveys and job evaluations to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Manage employee benefits programs and address any related issues.
- **HR Policies and Procedures**:
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure that HR policies are communicated effectively to all employees.
- **Training and Development**:
- Identify training needs and develop training programs.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Educational Background**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Experience in various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office suite.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
