**About the Role**:
As an HR Officer at Jeeny Riyadh, you will play a pivotal role in managing all Human Resource operations. This includes overseeing payroll processes, maintaining up-to-date employee records, and fostering a healthy workplace environment by implementing effective HR procedures.

**Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure efficient and timely execution of a full range of HR operations and actions.
- Participate in new employee orientation and onboarding processes, providing guidance to both new and existing team members.
- Manage attendance and leave data, ensuring accurate records.
- Process annual vacation arrangements, including vacation salary, travel tickets, etc.
- Verify the validity of employee resident permits and passports.
- Oversee all Payroll activities, including employee compensation, preparation, planning, analysis, and monitoring.
- Prepare monthly salaries for various employee types, including overtime payments, leave settlements, insurance dues, salary deductions, end-of-service benefits, GOSI-required cheques, and other payroll-related transactions.
- Handle employee procedures on government sites such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqem, Mudad, and HRDF.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, or related field.
- Between 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Familiarity with government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqem, Mudad, and HRDF.
