**Secretary required for construction company**
- MUST HAVE VALID IQAMA - on Husband sponsorship
- LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY
- MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3-4 YEARS experience
- MUST HAVE ADMIN EXPERIENCE, BE ABLE TO ORGANIZE FILES AND COMMUNICATION WITH THE CLIENTS
- Must be very well organized, have excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
- If accounts experience, it will be a big plus
- Office timings - Saturday (Half day) to Sunday to Thursday - 830am to 530pm
**RESPONSIBILITIES AS FOLLOW**:
**-Communicate with clients**
**-Prepare quotations**
**-Manage timesheets accurately from remote locations of Saudi**
- Recording day-to-day transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Manage petty cash, maintain accurate records.
- Create and process payroll, including salary calculations
- Follow up on outstanding payments, communicate with vendors and clients to resolve any issues by calls, mails.
Pay: From ﷼3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Riyadh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
