Responsible for managing the entire payroll process, including data collection, payroll calculation, register preparation, coordination with HR and Accounting, responding to inquiries, maintaining records, ensuring compliance, updating procedures, reporting, working on the payroll system, calculating end-of-service benefits, and processing final settlements.
**Main tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following**:
- Collecting and compiling payroll data such as work hours, leaves, benefits, and deductions from various departments.
- Accurately calculating payroll according to applicable regulations and laws, including computing Gosi.
- Preparing payroll registers and ensuring the accuracy of information before issuing them to employees.
- Coordinating with Human Resources and Accounting departments to ensure a smooth payroll process.
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll and deductions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintaining payroll records and employee files securely and in an organized manner, in accordance with regulations and laws.
- Continuously updating and improving payroll procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Preparing periodic reports on payroll data and analyzing them for planning and budgeting purposes.
- Working on the electronic payroll management system, including data entry, updating information, and extracting required reports and statistics from the system.
- Arranging employment letters upon request.
- Calculating end-of-service benefits for departing employees, including computing entitlements and gratuities in accordance with applicable regulations and laws.
- Processing final financial settlements for departing employees, ensuring accurate payment of all outstanding dues and amounts.
**Qualifications**
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Experience: 1 - 2 Years of experience in managing payroll operations
- Specific training: Mandatory certification from the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA)
- Language: English is required

- Before visiting any site, factory, and/or warehouse, make sure to inform the safety team to get the right induction and prepare LMRA and the needed PPE.
- Always maintain office safety such as keeping your files/papers in the correct place, keeping the drawers closed after use, arranging the electrical cables secured to avoid slips & trips, reporting any lost connections or damaged electrical components, and ensuring your office is clean and tidy
- Report to HR/HSE if you are facing stress, fatigue, any form of harassment, or bullying at the workplace.
