**Job Title**: Sr. Country Coordinator (HR Specialist)

**Location**: Saudi Arabia

**Position Overview**

RecruitGo is in search of a Sr. Country Coordinator who will be working with our leadership team and report directly to the COO.

As a Country Coordinator, the role is pivotal in overseeing and managing diverse functions related to human resources with a specific focus on country-level operations. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local labor regulations, maintaining legal and permit documentation, and overseeing the end-to-end payroll process. In addition to HR management, the Country Coordinator will play a key role in talent acquisition, onboarding, and fostering a positive work environment.

**Responsibilities**:
**Legal Document Management**:

- Maintain all legal and permit documents for the office.
- Engage in dealings and liaise with external parties related to legal matters.

**Payroll Management**:

- Oversee the entire payroll process from start to finish.
- Ensure accurate payroll deductions, including ad-hoc and statutory deductions.
- Verify and maintain precision in payroll data, encompassing employee information and hours worked.

**Record Keeping and Inquiry Resolution**:

- Develop a systematic mechanism to track payroll transactions and employee information for pre and post-payroll processing.
- Resolve employee inquiries by tracking and responding within specified time frames.

**Reporting and Compensation Administration**:

- Prepare insightful reports by analyzing input and output files of the payroll system.
- Administer compensation and benefit plans for employees.

**HR Support and Development**:

- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Conduct comprehensive employee onboarding and contribute to organizing training and development initiatives.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation, promptly resolving any arising issues.

**Workplace Efficiency and Compliance**:

- Promote HR programs to foster an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Undertake tasks related to performance management.

**Data Analysis and Sales Support**:

- Gather and analyze data using relevant HR metrics, such as time to hire and employee turnover rates.
- Support the Sales team by addressing HR-related concerns.

**Employee Records and Satisfaction**:

- Maintain comprehensive employee files and records in both electronic and paper form
- Enhance job satisfaction by promptly resolving issues, introducing new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.

**Compliance with Labor Regulations**:

- Thoroughly uphold and ensure meticulous compliance with all pertinent labor regulations, fostering a comprehensive and unwavering commitment to legal and ethical employment practices

**Qualifications**

**Proven HR Generalist Experience**:

- Demonstrate a track record of successful experience as an HR Generalist.

**HR Policy and Procedure Understanding**:

- Possess a comprehensive understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.

**Employment/Labor Law Proficiency**:

- Showcase a strong knowledge of employment and labor laws, ensuring compliance and informed decision-making.

**Technical Proficiency**:

- Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS), such as PeopleSoft, is highly desirable.

**Communication and Interpersonal Skills**:

- Display excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.

**Problem-Solving Aptitude**:

- Demonstrate a strong aptitude for problem-solving, addressing complex HR challenges with effective solutions.

**Team Collaboration and Results-Driven Approach**:

- Express a desire to work collaboratively within a team setting.
- Embrace a results-driven approach, contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.
