The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for performing daily operations and all duties in running the payroll, benefits, and travel & entertainment accounting function as assigned.

**The Role**:

- Handling of payroll and daily operations.
- Auditing of time and attendance system for integrity and accuracy.
- Verifying proper approval for timecards and all time worked.
- Processing of employee’s benefits, school allowance, ticket allowance, GOSI calculation, EOSB calculation and employee compensation reports.
- dministrative duties of the payroll department as assigned.
- Collect, verify, and store organizational payroll data.
- Reconcile payroll-related general ledger and prepare reports or statements summarizing payroll-related accounts.
- Verify, approve, and process reimbursement requests from employees regarding travel & entertainment and other business-related expenses.
- Manage the general Payroll & reimbursement expenses.
- Respond to Employment Verification requests.
- Responsible for managing all payroll employee files.
- Assist with training on time and attendance system.
- Support in implementation and integration of payroll, T&E systems as needed.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4+ years of Payroll experience in KSA.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or relevant majors.
- Experience working with systems Mercans, Ceridian or SAP Concur is a huge plus.
- Excellent knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including listening and critical reading skills.
- Good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Provide courteous and responsive support, while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive materials and issues and adhering to foundation policies.
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision and be able to work quickly with extremely high accuracy.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and be part of a high-performing team, exhibiting strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented approach
- Be sufficiently confident enough with the rules/policies/guidelines to handle challenging interactions with employees.
- Flexibility and willingness to work as an adaptive team player in a changing environment where day-to-day responsibilities are expected to fluctuate over time.
