We are currently seeking an experienced Digital Workplace Trainer to play a pivotal role in the Technology Adoption Programme, focusing on Okta, SAP, and ServiceNow implementations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Training Program Development**:

- Design training materials, documentation, and user guides.

**Training Delivery**:

- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for employees at various levels, ensuring a thorough understanding of digital workplace tools.
- Customize training content based on the specific needs and roles of different user groups.

**User Support**:

- Provide ongoing support to users, addressing queries and issues related to Okta, SAP, and ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure a seamless user experience.

**Feedback and Evaluation**:

- Gather feedback from training sessions and continuously refine training programs based on user input.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make improvements as needed.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the Digital Workplace Design team to understand the intricacies of the technology and incorporate them into training materials.
- Collaborate with IT support teams to stay informed about system updates and changes.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain up-to-date training documentation and manuals.
- Ensure that training materials align with the latest features and functionalities of Okta, SAP, and ServiceNow.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Information Technology, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering training programs, preferably in the context of digital workplace technologies.
- Experience in training end-users on Okta, SAP, or ServiceNow is a plus.

**Communication Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to convey technical concepts in an understandable and relatable manner

**Adaptability**:

- Ability to adapt training content to various skill levels and learning styles.
- Flexibility to adjust training approaches based on participant feedback.

**User-Centric Mindset**:

- Understanding of user needs and challenges in adopting new technologies.

**Technology Familiarity**:

- Familiarity with Okta, SAP, or ServiceNow is advantageous.
