We are currently seeking an experienced Digital Workplace Senior Designer to play a key role in the Technology Adoption Programme, focusing on Okta, SAP, and ServiceNow implementations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Design Leadership**:

- Lead the design and user experience aspects of the Technology Adoption Programme for Okta, SAP, and ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into intuitive and user-friendly digital workplace solutions.

2. **User-Centric Design**:

- Implement a user-centric design approach, ensuring that digital workplace solutions meet the needs and expectations of end-users.
- Conduct user research, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.

3. **Visual Design**:

- Develop visually appealing and consistent designs for digital interfaces, ensuring alignment with organizational branding guidelines.
- Create design mockups, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.

4. **Interaction Design**:

- Ensure a seamless and engaging user experience across Okta, SAP, and ServiceNow platforms.

5. **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to bring design concepts to life.
- Communicate design rationale and concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

6. **Usability and Accessibility**:

- Advocate for usability and accessibility best practices in digital workplace design.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and guidelines.

7. **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to propose continuous improvements.
- Contribute to the evolution of design processes and standards.

**Requirements**:
1. **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

2. **Experience**:

- Proven experience in designing for Okta, SAP, or ServiceNow is a plus.

3. **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of front-end technologies and their impact on design decisions.

4. **User-Centric Mindset**:

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

5. **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions.

6. **Portfolio**:

- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital workplace design projects.
