Attainments of turnover according to the targets set by the Sales Management of the Company and build good working relationships with their clients promoting their loyalty. Reach new customers and markets

Promote Company’s technical solutions with national end users, contractors and key stake holders in the Municipal water market for all municipal WW categories (Municipal clean water, Municipal waste water, Desalination, Transmission lines), and handling direct sales for BU Water

**Responsabilities**
- Market investigation, estimate market potential and find business prospects for growth within the Municipal Water marketing KSA
- Responsible to meet and exceed set sales targets to meet corporate strategic objectives
- Present Company’s technical solutions and products for Water throughout the design phase of projects to consultants, design institutions and end users
- Carries out quotations & tendering activities for the Company portfolio in the allocated business segments
- Support all areas of the relationship with allocated contractors, consultants & end users within the designated area of responsibility.
- Provide timely and accurate information for present and upcoming prospects based on the actual projects state and collect the information from varied and reputable sources
- Follows-up bids and customer to guarantee COMPANY products and services are fulfilling their requirements and expectations..
- Regularly contact customers to develop leads and possibilities.
- Updates the sales database and CRM regarding projects, customers and sales activities in general

Customer visits, technical seminars

Interface with Customers and perform on-site meetings as necessary to understand needs, to gain order commitment, to complete designs and to handle concerns / complaints.

Observes Company trade policy.

Manages and understands client requirements - talk to customers to understand, anticipate and meet their demands.
- Negotiates contract terms and business circumstances according to the Company’s trade policy.

Regularly meets sales goals.

Participates proactively and support the company initiatives to foster a culture of safety at work, environmental protection and continuous development.

**Requirements**:
Mechanical engineer degree or similar experience.

Pumping or spinning machinery expertise.

Ability to negotiate and travel

Arabic-English fluency is desired.

MS Office proficiency

At least 5-8 years in Water & Wastewater and Pump Industry sales and business development.
