**_Knowledge, Experience and Education_**:
Education: Bachelor's degree

**Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Program Management or equivalent.**

Years of experience, both overall and any industry-specific experience needed**:7 years of medical experience working in therapy & business development**

Other qualifications/certifications:
Significant experience in selling/supporting clinically Interventional Cardiology with emphasis on remote monitoring devices and Cardiac Surgeries Mechanical Circulatory Support products.

Advanced clinical certification in supporting PAP remote monitoring devices and Left Ventricular Assist systems

**Major Accountabilities**:
1. Responsible of all clinical, technical, market development processes and activities in the assigned region.
2. Promote HF's products to prospective clients in cooperation with the local distributors with primary focus on developing and delivering incremental revenue to the CardioMEMS Heart Failure System business.
3. Plan and organize in various market development activities and events, such as referral meetings or congresses with local healthcare associations, patient groups, etc
4. Establishe strong professional relationships with the medical specialties associated with the Cathlab and Cardiac Surgery teams to develop tools, programs and services to support the region to successfully establish CardioMEMS and grow MCS.
5. Actively participate in the communication of concepts and ideas designed to benefit customer support and educational efforts.
6. Provide support for site performance and to facilitate safe growth. Organize education and training activities with physicians, hospital, distributors and ABT personnel. Stay abreast of and communicate clinical data regarding ABT products and HF therapy.
7. Collaborate and strategize with the CM and HF field organization in achieving sales targets and implementing business plans.
8. Communicate market intelligence/competitor activity promptly, including potential sales leads, and information regarding product price or account activity to CM and other appropriate company personnel
