**Job Description and Qualifications**

The administrative assistant role will be for the NEOM/Duba Site office KSA reporting to Project Manager Power Network NGHP.

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage site administration
- Manage Car rentals at site
- Manage Site events
- Manage site expenses
- Manage Site accommodation and transport
- Manage meetings at site
- Organize and schedule appointments for directors if required
- Maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures (visitor & employee guidelines)
- Order office supplies and keep inventory management
- Maintain contact lists for directors
- Book travel arrangements for directors
- Submit and reconcile expense reports for directors
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
- Supervise cleaners /Cars/Drivers
- Catering arrangements if required for meetings

SKILLS
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-4 years of related experience
