As a Key Account Manager you will develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume customers to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.
Resolving key customer issues and complaints and suggest solutions that answer customer needs and wants. Developing a complete understanding of key account needs. **Work location - Riyadh, KSA**
**Other key Responsibilities:
- **
- Anticipating key account changes and improvements
- Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
- Collaborating with account team assigned to each Customer
- Strategic planning to improve customer results
- Negotiating contracts with the customer and establishing a timeline of performance
- Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client
- Working with design, sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs met
- Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
- Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
- Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management
- Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients
- Research key customer wants and needs
- Ensure the ordered products are delivered in a timely manner
- Serve as contact point for key customers and internal teams
- Resolve customers' complaints in an effective and respectful way
- Gather, report and communicate customers' feedback on service, technology and product delivery
- Research and source new potential clients
- Measure, track and analyze key account metrics
- Create reports for upper management
- Keep abreast with company and market trends and best practices.
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members and stakeholders.
- Leverage partnership with MOH accounts and stakeholders.
**About You:
- **
- Bachelor's Degree. MBA is a plus
- Proficient in English and Arabic.
- 4-5 years of account management experience. MOH experience is preferred.
- Experience within Medical Devices/ Life Sciences / Pharma sector
- Travel time 20-30% of work time
- Good Presentation skills
- Phenomenal teammate
