Your Role - International, Challenging and Future-Oriented In this role you will be part of the Energy Performance Services team based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, your role will be including but not limited to. - Sales & Presales: o Develop sales leads following the strategy and market approach set by sales management. o Identify value-added services & solutions to customers and prepare sales slides deck for customer orientation o Approach targeted customers and schedule sales meetings o Identify customer pain-points and come-up with working proposal concept which fits customers’ budget and needs. o Prepare sales funnel with estimated winning weight for each sales lead / opportunity. o Bids preparation and analysis from the date of bid receiving till bid submission. o Align with technical team to develop the technical solution based on customer needs. o Align with execution team for execution requirements and timelines o Prepare BoQ for the developed solutions and prepare materials / services costing o Align with procurement for 3rd materials / services costing o Prepare for all needed internal / external approvals with internal / external stakeholders o Prepare the technical / commercial proposal analysis and writeups o Follow up the sales cycle and post-bid requirements with customers Your Qualifications and Skills - Digital and Solid - Expected degree qualification and/or major of Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering - Relevant year of experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales - Knowledge of expertise: Energy efficiency, sustainability, green buildings, renewable energy - Any required certification: Certified Energy Manager is a plus - Personal skills: Communication skills, self-dependent, quick learning - Language skills: Fluent in English, Arabic speaker is a plus What else do you need to know?
