**Aim of the job**

Lead on the 4Ps execution across channels / customers through understanding & analyzing market/channels/competition from both customers/shoppers’ perspectives to deliver BIC execution of brand objectives in market.

**Main accountabilities**:

- Plan and execute trade/customer success model by deep understanding of shopper insights & customer/channel dynamics.
- Create channel strategies, tactics & activations to win with brands & customers in market.
- Ensure right planning & execution of channel/customer fundamentals with right tracking procedures.
- Lead channel/category strategy with alignment of commercial teams & overall sales strategy.
- Lead and monitor the trade spending budget with the objective of keeping healthy market prices while meeting the sales spending budget.
- Partner with channel managers in creating monthly discount schemes to ensure consistency across channels with out harming Market share and Brand image.
- Plan new product launches with & maintain KPIs for NPIs success in market from training, alignment & on-ground execution.
- Owner of monthly/annual brand activity grid to fulfil marketing plans.
- Conduct annual/quarter ROI analysis for all trade/shopper activities in store & quarter business reviews.
- Conduct annual/quarter shopper insights activation research programs.
- Monthly/annual promotional plan and, creation, approval, and efficiency analysis with channel heads.
- Develop by channel/customer MSL & planograms for in store execution.
- Strategic annual planning of maxing the profitability mix of SKUs per channel.
- Translate marketing/category/brand objective into country/category objective in coordination with sales team while analysis.
- Conduct regular market analysis reviews & tailor on-ground activities accordingly.
- Lead building blocks tool while coordinating with key functions to have the building blocks tracker ready and updated on monthly basis.
- Own and develop a set of reporting tools to help management/Commercial team to take decision based on Data

**KEY COMPETENCIES OR SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Expert on using Power Bi, Power Pivot tool and Excel Min 2 years’ Experience using Power Bi.
- Proactive approach mindset to develop business tools and process to take the business to the next level
- Robust strategic thinking skills
- Solid experience in progressive leadership positions within the Consumer / Healthcare industry with in-depth knowledge of consumer markets.
- Previous experience in Modern and/or pharmacy channels.
- Demonstrated business management and resource allocation skills including business plan development.
- Exemplary people management, leadership skills, as well as sales coaching & team building skills.
- Strong business acumen; financial and organizational skills.
- Advanced negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills.
- High level presentation and interpersonal skills; able to communicate and present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact that builds effective strategic relationships.
- Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport, collaboration, and influence at all levels within an organization.
- Ability to operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a forward-thinking and customer-first attitude.

Qualifications

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree (postgraduate studies is a plus)

**Years of Industry Experience**:
8 - 10 years’ experience in Consumer Health/FMCG field

3 + years’ experience in Trade Marketing Management, Category Planning, Commercial Planning, and business development.

Experience in Modern & Pharmacy trade is a must Min 2 Years for each.

2+ years’ experience using Power Bi as Advanced User.

Experience in General Trade and/or E-commerce is a plus

**Languages**:
Excellent verbal & written English skills & Arabic

Strong analytical/Strategic thinking skills

Advanced computer skills using MS office

Good knowledge with general Finance (P&L, customer spending tracking, etc.)

Working in a multi-functional cross-cultural team
