**As the Performance Team Lead for Integrated Well Services**, you will drive initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the Engineering function and interfaces with other functions to provide effective coordination of metrics, dashboards, functional processes, and cross-functional initiative coordination. Deep technical expertise within a field. Has comprehensive knowledge of underlying principles, approaches, and methodology.

As the Performance Team Lead for Integrated Well Services, you will be responsible for:

- Management of a team of people covering several DAWs within the family.
- Applies existing technologies, approaches, methodologies in new combinations to design new products, systems, or processes. Viewed internally and externally as a specialist in the discipline.
- Presents projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior business leaders (EB and SEB) within technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical teams.
- Communicates solutions across the own function and with cross-functional partner organizations.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 10 years industry experience with 3+ years of experience in performance management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lead programs and projects.
- Document, plan, market and execute programs.
