**Key Accountabilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the real estate marketing sector.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Overseeing and managing the real estate auction processes.
- Having HR expertise to support the recruitment and onboarding of the employees.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring customer service satisfaction.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Develop comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote real estate properties and auction events.
- Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.
- Analyze the data to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
**We are Looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business development or a similar role within the real estate marketing industry, with at least 5 years in a management position.
- Proven experience in HR with a strong understanding of recruitment processes.
- Expertise in managing real estate auctions and knowledge of relevant legal and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and digital marketing tools.
