Actively participation in internal meetings and meetings with Customer.
- MoM preparation and action items follow up.
- Official Customer Communications Management.
- Preparation and delivery to the Customer of Contractual Monthly Reports.
- Support BCRs, bidding processes (RMCs) and follow-up approval gates.
- Support campaigns (i.e. MRTT6, MRTT8, PSS...)
- Preparing and creating shopping carts in SAP for external services.
- Contractual deliverables control and contractual evidences collection.
- Preparation and consolidation of bi-yearly Program Management Review presentation.
- Preparation of internal Program Management Review presentation with CoCs.
- Preparation and reporting of KPIs according to program needs.
- Actively participation in SAMI- AIRBUS JV meetings.
- Support to SAMI- AIRBUS JV creation and setup (ie. Licenses, PMO contribution to QMS...)
- Perform Invoicing Management and Payments Monitoring with customer.
- Support the Operations Department to achieve the contractual and real performance.
- Support the In Kingdom Industrial Participation strategy.
- Support PO approval and signature.
- Support the Contractual documents development.
- Support Cost Control and Contract Monitoring.
- Support the preparation of yearly budgetary exercises (OP, FC).
- Support the Risk & Opportunity Management.
