**Introduction**

**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- The IAM Solution Subject Matter Expert will assist clients in building and deploying IAM solutions as per agreed Identity and Access Management, requirements, security architectures and blue prints._
- Engage clients and work to understand their business to design and implement robust solutions. The SME will need to bring deep product knowledge with experiences from a wide range of industry verticals, wrapped up with all round skills in development methodologies and coding._

- General responsibilities_
- Responsible for managing all the activities related to delivering a security led IAM solution for the duration of their engagement, including but not limited to:_
- _ Supporting the _creation of architectural designs that translate into solution requirements_
- _ Defining and creating a solution that meets the client’s requirements, is deliverable and commercially viable_
- _ Understanding the functional and non-functional requirements of the system_
- _ Designing, building, testing, and deploying the solution into the _client environment_

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- _ Experience developing Solution Proposals for IAM solutions,_
- _ Can perform Requirement gathering, definition and refinement whilst ensuring traceability throughout the lifecycle of delivery._
- _ Comfortable facilitating workshops, often as the lead presenter,_
- _ Experience of conducting IAM Maturity assessments and making recommendations,_
- _ Creating an IAM strategy based on client requirements, objectives and vision,_
- _ Target Model assessment and definition,_
- _ Able to clearly articulate the value and benefits of IAM through short, medium and long term roadmaps,_
- _ Producing clear and professional documentation, including ability to document and visualize processes, define test cases, write operational end user guides,_
- _ Presentation skills for C-Level clients,_
- _ At least 5 years’ experience as IAM Consultant, defining and delivering IAM solutions in complex multi-technology environments,_
- _ Experienced the entire lifecycle of an IAM deployment on at least 2 occasions, in large scale transformation engagements, from requirements gathering, design, testing through to production go live and end user release,_
- _ Knowledge of top (analysts) quadrant IAM Technologies,_
- _ Experience of at least two of the following IAM Domains:_
- **_ Privileged Access Management_**_; Vaulting, Session Recording, Access Controls methods such as Sudo. Hard coded password approaches, Operating System, Database, Application integration and methods. Related business and security standards, policies processes and procedures_
- **_ Access Management_**_; Single-Sign-on, Access Federation, Desktop Single Sign-on, Advanced and Multi Factor Authorisation, RBAC/ABAC, Application Integration._
- **_ Cloud Entitlement Management_**_: _
- **_Cloud Native IAM_**_: Azure, AWS or others. _
- **_Identity Analytics_**_: User Behaviors, AI, Analytics_
- _ Experience working with at least two of the following IAM Technologies: IBM IAM suite, CyberArk, Sailpoint, Oracle, BeyondTrust, _
- While not prerequisites, the following will be advantageous:_
- _ Stakeholder and scope management_
- _ Experience in the Consumer/Customer Identity Management domain _
- _A recognized certification in security appropriate to the role for example: CISSP, CISMP, CompTIA Security +, ITIL qualification etc._

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- While not prerequisites, the following will be advantageous:_
- _ Stakeholder and scope management_
- _ A recognized certification in security appropriate to the role for example: CISSP, CISMP, CompTIA Security +, ITIL qualification etc._
- _ Experience working with following IAM Technologies: Thycotic, Okta, Microsoft, OneIdentity, RSA_
