Thales has been selected to supply major electronic systems for air defence and the Group also supplied communication and optronic systems for the Army, the Saudi Arabia National Guards and the Air Force.

As the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for **the Identity and Access Management (IAM) **team, you will be an **individual contributor role **responsible for promoting, positioning and selling Thales’ robust portfolio of highly secure products and services into **small/mid size accounts **.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

Assigned Territory - KSA.

Manage, develop and grow strategic prospects and existing customer relationships for the white space accounts.
- You will deliver on set objectives to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- You will grow net new business and existing business within the territory
- Need to have extensive channel experience
- Work with channel and direct end customers to generate revenue from white space accounts.
- Achieve sales quotas on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Generate and maintain a four rolling quarter pipeline.
- Accurately forecast and deliver revenue commitments
- Track and report on all opportunities and pipeline, to provide forecast reports to region management.
- Drive to identify cloud projects with the customers and win new cloud logos.
- Engage and manage the channel community along with the Channel Manager
- Collaboratively leverage with internal resources such as Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Product Management, etc.
- Strong communication & presentation skills

**WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- **7+ Experience in IT Security Sales at mid size account**:

- **70% direct sales and 30% channel **sales with large extend to end customer
- Ability to demonstrate planning, strategy, qualification and execution in sales.
- Good understanding of Identity and Access Management
- Interest of drive and grow cloud business.
- Existing relationship with customers in the assigned region.
- Existing relationship with partners in the assigned region.
- Excellent communication skills including strong verbal and written skills and proven presentation skills being able to articulate complex topics.
- Experience with target account selling, solution selling and consultative sales techniques.
