As the Rail Assistant Project Manager, you will work closely with the Design Delivery Manager to support the successful delivery of rail projects. You will assist in coordinating project activities, managing resources, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Your strong organizational and communication skills, coupled with your passion for the rail industry, will contribute to the efficient execution of projects and the achievement of project goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Project Manager to plan, execute, and monitor rail projects from initiation to completion.
- Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational objectives.
- Coordinate project activities, in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and report on project status to the Project Manager and senior management.
- Assist in managing project resources
- Support in conducting risk assessments, identifying potential issues and obstacles, and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to address project-related inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and deliverables, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to rail project management.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Architecture/ Engineering with Bachelor’s degree
- Previous Rail Experience is a must
- 5+ years of work experience, preferably on large projects.
- Should have worked on projects in the construction industry in the KSA market for at least 3 years.
- Knowledge and experience of design process is mandatory.
- Fluent English writing and reading skills. Arabic speaking and writing considered as an advantage.
