**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a strategic product marketing plan that effectively communicates our value proposition and positions our offerings competitively in the market.
- Execute targeted social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter to increase brand awareness, engage with potential customers, and generate leads.
- Lead the creation and optimization of website content, ensuring it aligns with our marketing strategy and effectively converts visitors into leads. Regularly review the current website and content to ensure they remain effective and engaging, implementing updates as necessary.
- Design and implement customer journey automation and sales funnel strategies to optimize lead nurturing and conversion rates.
- Actively participate in and contribute to online communities related to our industry, establishing our brand as a thought leader and trusted resource.
- Host engaging webinars and participate in online events to showcase our products, share industry insights, and interact with potential customers.
- Build and maintain a positive online reputation for our software, responding proactively to feedback and engaging with users across various platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to identify trends, generate insights, and refine marketing strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals.
- Regularly review and analyze pricing packages, ensuring they are competitive and meet the needs of our target market while maintaining profitability.
- Review the product offering, features, and message periodically to ensure they remain relevant and compelling. Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats. Provide creative, actionable insights that drive product innovation and marketing strategy.
- Identify potential SaaS products for partnership, evaluating their alignment with our strategic goals and customer needs. Initiate and build relationships with these potential partners to explore and develop mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Develop an affiliate marketing strategy, identifying and partnering with the best platforms to expand our market reach and increase our sales through affiliate channels.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, specifically with SaaS products.
- Strong experience in customer journey automation and sales funnel optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a software product’s online reputation.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of conducting competitive analysis and generating innovative ideas to enhance product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Experience in identifying and securing guest blogging opportunities in related niches to support off-page SEO efforts.
