**Overview of the role**:

- This position is within the Construction Equipment Sales Team, he/she will conduct daily contacts with customers introducing trade-in and buyback solutions also selling used equipment
- Oversee the relationship’s with important clients. Obtaining & maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements. Building strong relationships with strategic customers base & expand the customer base.
- Qualify customers’ needs and total solutions sales (Used Construction Equipment, Refreshment Packages Finance, insurance, and Service Contracts)
- Develop used equipment suppliers. Negotiate with suppliers to secure used trucks consignment

**What you will do**:

- Develop used Construction Equipment suppliers and buyers
- Evaluate used Construction Equipment and negotiate with suppliers to secure used Construction Equipment consignment
- Provides sales management information by completing reports.
- Maintain a strong focus on satisfaction of all customers
- Qualify customers by understanding customer's requirements and interests, matching requirements, and interests to various models.
- Contact prospective customers and assigned accounts within designated territory
- Oversee the relationship’s with important clients. Obtaining & maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.
- Building strong relationships with strategic customers base & expand the customer base

**Required skills to be successful**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Sales experience in Construction Equipment industry.
- Ability to maintain a strong focus on satisfaction of all customers

**About the team**:
Reporting directly to the Used Sales Manager, and working in a fast-paced and diverse environment.

**What equips you for the role**:

- Bachelor’s degree - Mechanical Engineering and MBA holders are preferable
- 3 to 8 years in heavy duty commercial vehicles sales
