We are currently looking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager to join our Automotive team, reporting into to the National Sales Manager. The main purpose of this role is to provide an excellent experience to our customers, whilst ensuring the achievement of, or exceeding the region’s monthly / annual sales and profitability budget / target. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting a culture of excellent customer service whilst ensuring the achievement of regional sales and profitability targets. Ensuring effective hiring, training and individual development and retention plans are in place for direct reports; providing supervision through field visits, observations and measurement of results, identify changes in the market and competitive pressures to develop and modify sales strategies and tactics; preparing monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts is a requirement. You will establish a real understanding of your team’s strengths and weaknesses by leading from the front. Requirements: To be considered for this position you will have at least fifteen years experience, of which five have been at sales manager level in a heavy truck retail environment, preferably gained in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is essential that you are fully bilingual in English and Arabic.
