We are looking for an experienced Sea Logistics Field Sales Representative with experience in sea logistics in the freight forwarding industry or shipping lines to join our team in Riyadh.
- ** Your Role **:.As a Sea Logistics Field Sales Representative you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities with a clear focus on SME customers. You should have a thorough, up to date and in-depth understanding of the trade-lane(s) in terms of the geography of the trade, and the service offerings, such as sailings, transit times, reliability, specific country documentation regulations, local standards, operational requirements, as well as the type of industry/goods/commodity traded on the particular routes. You will spend most of the time in customer-facing activities, hunting for new business, and working hand in hand with the Customer Care Personnel (customer care tasks) on the same customers.
- ** Your Responsibilities**:

- Generate new business opportunities with a clear focus on SME.
- Take pricing decision in alignment with the Customers Care Managers.
- Prepare quotations using our online tools and submit our proposal to the customers.
- Demonstrate superior Sea Logistics product and trade knowledge.
- Deliver presentations about our main Sea Logistics products.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products.
- Report customer complaints to the Customer Care Team.
- Align with the Customer Care Team when onboarding new customers.
- Perform the related CRM tasks/activities
- Regularly review the customers’ portfolio with the CCL managers and Customer Care Team and close close customer deals

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a similar discipline.
- Minimum 5 years experience in sea logistics in the freight forwarding industry or shipping lines.
- Minimum 2 years experience in costumer management or sales with a focus on developing sea logistics SME accounts.
- Excellent command in English language and fluent Arabic speaker.
