The Role

Sales Manager Responsibilities: Team Management: Lead and manage a team of Sales Representatives evaluating their performance and ensuring continuous improvement. Customer Experience: Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer experiences consistently. Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management preferably within the construction equipment or aerial work platforms industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel within the Middle East region as needed. Proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
