**SAP Senior Business Analyst**

**Responsibilities**
- Analyse the new Change Requests (CRs) received from the client to:

- Understand the change and its impact on the existing processes
- Evaluate completeness of scope and identify gaps in the requirements
- Identify feasibility of the requirement and any implementation challenges
- Document end to end change (CR document) - including As Is vs To Be processes and detailed steps/ use cases.
- Mentor junior BAs in the team and review their quality of deliverables
- Act as a Trusted client advisor for requirements / demand management
- Basic understanding of taxation processes from tax authority perspective. (Also must have at least worked as BA in complicated business domains in the past like BFSI)
- Ensure complete and clear communication with the client and internal teams.
- Work on multiple CRs in parallel
- Reporting of work status and plans for self and team
- Work with multiple client stakeholders (technology/ business teams) and handle changing priorities or requirements through direct discussions/ workshops.
- Work with internal teams - functional, technical and management to handle
- Understand and execute various processes and sub-processes in the client system so as to support the analysis (may require learning SAP / customised systems)
- Monitor and Maintain SLAs related to CRs

**Business Skills**
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with others.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Understand business processes for focus area or module.
- Research and perform detailed tasks.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Understand how to solve detailed SAP problems.
- Understand and can explain best business practices, especially those that SAP enables.
