Handle administrative support and coordination for security function, including security permits issuance, security system and equipment's handling, contractor activities tracking, invoices maintaining and security documentation and archiving.

**The role**:

- Operate and control the security system related to Access Control System (ACS) and Identification Management System (IDMS) and provide all related tracking documents.
- Coordinate the required maintenance or malfunction of security systems and equipments.
- Process the issuance or cancellation of security permits including ID, Sticker, photograph permits, material entry/exit or any other security permits.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of all security activities and ensure the proper filing and archiving of all security-related documents.
- Provide periodic reports of the status of security equipments or systems and keep proper inventory of all materials.
- Participate in the development of security plans and programs and ensure the effective implementation.
- Provide security personnel with the required logs, forms, materials, policies, manuals or any other support to facilitate their duty.
- Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.

**Requirements**:

High School or Diploma

EXPERIENCE**:
Three (3) years in security related role. (For Diploma)

Six (6) years in security related role. (For High School)

LANGUAGE**:
Excellent command of oral and written English is required.
