**Transport Manager**

Location**:Jeddah, Saudi Arabia**

**Experience**:5 - 6 years of proven experience in the logistics industry in similar role

**Education**:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.

**Languages**: Proficiency in both English and Arabic

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define and manage the budget, maximizing profit margins while ensuring operational excellence.
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for multi-year growth, performance improvement, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead and manage transportation operations to meet business goals and objectives.
- Drive initiatives to enhance transportation services in terms of quality, reliability, and customer service.
- Implement and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all levels of the organization.
- Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) and data analytics to drive automation and improve operational decision-making.
- Continuously improve transport network efficiency, reducing transit time and costs.
- Develop and execute a truck asset plan to maximize profitability and meet future business needs.
- Identify new revenue streams and pursue opportunities in existing and new market segments.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and operational effectiveness.
- Maintain safety standards and regulatory compliance across all company processes.
- Create and manage performance scorecards to track goals and take corrective action when necessary.
- Foster a positive and productive workplace culture through effective communication and team collaboration.
- Collaborate with senior executives to develop and achieve company goals.
- Manage and develop the performance of the transportation team through coaching, feedback, and career development initiatives.
