Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable ICT solutions.
- Sales Proposals and Tenders: Prepare, present, and manage ICT sales proposals and tenders
- Product and Service Knowledge: Stay informed about competitors' products, services, and market conditions
- Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets and maintain profitability by identifying opportunities and managing the sourcing and delivery of products
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and manage the delivery of products to ensure customer satisfaction
- Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing any issues or concerns they may have.

**Skills Required**:

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams( English & Arabic).
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to close deals and manage contracts.
- Technical Knowledge: A good understanding of ICT products and services, including hardware, software, and telecommunications.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets and deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Experience**:

- ICT or ELV Sales: 6 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Arabic (required)

License/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
