شاغلو المراكز الوظيفية في هذا المستوى مسؤولون عن تحديد عملاء شركة الاتصالات السعودية المحتملين وإدارة دورات البيع القصيرة وتقديم الدعم المستمر لعملاء شركة الاتصالات. شاغلو الوظائف أيضاُ مسؤولون عن إجراء تحليل معتدل لبيانات العملاء وتطوير المبيعات الاساسية وتقارير إدارة الحساب.

**المسؤليات**:

- تقديم الدعم المطلوب لتطوير وإدارة العلاقات مع العملاء بجميع قطاعات الأعمال.
- التفاعل مع عملاء النطاق الصغير لبيع منتجات شركة الاتصالات السعودية لهم تماشياً مع استراتيجيات وأساليب تسويق الشركة لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات/الارباح.
- التنسيق مع الحسابات الحالية لتحديد فرص عمل جديدة والمشاركة في خلق مصادر إيرادات لتحقيق أقصى قدر من الأرباح.
- مساندة مديري الحسابات في تفاعلاتهم مع العملاء لبيع منتجات شركة الاتصالات السعودية تماشياً مع استراتيجية وأساليب تسويق الشركة لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات/الأرباح.
- تقديم الدعم لمديري الحسابات وضع خطة حسابات مفصلة تفي بمتطلبات العملاء من اجل زيادة أرباح شركة الاتصالات السعودية إلى الحد الاقصى.
- تحليل بيانات البحث الثانوية المتعلقة بالعملاء المحتملين ووضع البرامج/الخطط الضرورية بناءً على اجراءات إدارة الحسابات و ابلاغ حالة المبيعات لمديري الحسابات على أساس دوري.
- التنسيق مع الادارات المعنية وضمان رضاء العملاء عن منتجات/خدمات شركة الاتصالات السعودية والتأكد من أن الخدمة المتعلقة بالحسابات قد تمت معالجتها بشكل فعال.
- المشاركة في إعداد مقترحات/عروض العملاء وضمان شمولها من أجل ابراز النطاق الكامل لمنتجات/خدمات شركة الاتصالات السعودية ذات الصلة.
- تقديم الدعم بشأن اجراءات العطاءات وتأسيس اتفاقيات عقدية مناسبة بالتنسيق مع قطاع الشئون التنظيمية للشركة ووحدات العمل بالإدارة العامة للشؤون القانونية.
- التنسيق بشكل دوري مع مسؤولي المبيعات الآخرين ومديري الحسابات لاطلاعهم على كافة أنشطة المبيعات واستفسارات العملاء.
- دعم مشاريع متعددة المهام لتطوير منتجات وخدمات مصممة حسب طلب عملاء شركة الاتصالات السعودية من أجل تعزيز رضاء العميل.
- إجراء تحليل معتدل على إحصاءات الحساب والمشاركة في إعداد تقارير إدارة المبيعات والحساب في الوقت المحدد، حسب ما هو منطبق على المهام.
- العمل مع مسؤولي المبيعات لحل استفسارات/ شكاوى العملاء تماشياً من مبادئ إدارة الحساب المحددة مسبقاً.
- مراجعة كافة الوثائق الضرورية ذات الصلة بمنتجات ومعاملات شركة الاتصالات السعودية مع ضمان صحة الاحصاءات المرفوعة في المستندات.
- مراجعة إدخالات قاعدة بيانات العملاء
- لى أساس دوري لضمان صحتها وإنجازها في الوقت المناسب، حسب ما هو منطبق على المهام.

**المؤهلات**:
**الدرجة العلمية**: Bachelor Degree

**التخصص**: Marketing, Sales

**سنوات الخبرة**: 2-4 سنوات

**طبيعة الخبرة**: 2 - 4 years of experience working in sales or managing key account roles, preferably at technology / telecommunication industry
