**Sales Director Services Controls and Digitalisation**

**How You Will Make an Impact**
- Develop and execute the sales strategy in KSA: Drive the formulation and implementation of a comprehensive sales strategy for Controls and Digitalization in Gas and Power Energy Sector in Saudi. Defining sales objectives and establishing effective Bid and sales processes to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Digi market analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities. Stay up to date with industry trends, customer roadmaps, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Client relationship management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, and other relevant internal stakeholders. Act and empower your team as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, negotiate contracts, and proactively address any issues or concerns.
- Team leadership and development: Provide strong leadership to the sales operation team in Saudi, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring individual and collective sales targets are met.
- Sales forecasting and reporting: Track sales performance, prepare accurate sales forecasts, and generate regular reports for senior management.
- Collaborative approach: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales initiatives. Collaborate on product development, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns to optimize revenue generation.
- Industry thought leadership: Establish yourself as a trusted industry expert in Controls and Digitalization. Represent Siemens Energy at conferences, industry events, and customer meetings, leveraging your expertise to position our company as the preferred solution provider.

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical / Energy systems or associated fields.
- Knowledge of Siemens Energy Omnivise T3000 Control System and digital portfolio is preferred.
- (10+ years direct experience) in the energy, Utilities, Oil & Gas, chemical or petrochemicals industry within a consulting or engineering environment in Saudi
- Deep understanding of the market landscape, including regulatory frameworks, industry trends, and customer needs in a transitioning energy Sector
- Strong team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse sales operation team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with digitalization solutions, automation systems, and energy control technologies.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Able to travel 70% of the time mainly within Saudi
