**Key Account Manager Exhibitions**
We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager Exhibitionsthe role is to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients beside generate new clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.
**Location Riyadh, KSA**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate new business for the company in organizing Exhibitions and Build stands for clients.
- Understand requirements and details of each client and exhibition
- Understand clients' needs and wants
- Meet with clients and coordinate with them regularly
- Looking to all tenders in governmental sectors related to the exhibition field.
- Creating exhibitions proposals and presenting proposals.
- Negotiating Deals and closing it.
- Maintaining a working relationship with exciting clients.
- Delegating exhibition planning tasks to other staff members if necessary
- Staying under budget while planning exhibition specifications.
- Communicate with and coordinate brand ambassador staffing at client events
- Managing and overseeing exhibitions on the day of, including problem-solving, directing event set-up, communicating with staff
- Communicating with marketing team to create effective advertisements for each exhibition.
- Anticipating and planning for different scenarios.
- Offer solutions to resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Generate and submit client invoices.
- Actively participate in team meetings - including regular staff meetings, plusbrainstorming, project development and review sessions
- Creating sales opportunities for future exhibitions during client liaisons and during events, including possessing a strong working knowledge of the company to further these sales opportunities
- Identify and grow opportunities with client - both for current projects and potential new
- campaigns
- Evaluate event’s success and submit reports
- Planning multiple events at once
**About you**
- A prior experience in exhibition and events field (not less than 6 years) in Saudi Arabia
- A personable, positive, hard-working, and outgoing personality
- Client relationship management experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience in business, marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field
- Collaborative and strong desire to work with others in teams.
- multi-tasker with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Highly organized and detail focused.
- Ability to travel inside and outside the kingdom
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
