Corporate Accounts Manager

Join Ecolab’s sales team as a **Corporate Account Manager **in Saudi market. Within our industry leading Institutional division, this outside sales offers comprehensive chemical products and solutions to meet the needs of customers across the foodservice and hospitality industries. After completing an initial training program, you will be assigned to an established territory of customers including restaurants, hotels, schools, long-term care facilities, and more. You will serve as the face of Ecolab, providing recommendations on advanced cleaning and sanitation processes and programs that drive a positive guest experience and create cleaner, safer, and healthier environments.

- Sales leadership role responsible for one or more large national, regional, or global customers (typically multi-site customers) or for a book of business made up of a portfolio of smaller regional customers. Owns the corporate level relationship and account strategy. Examples of success measures are sales (new account, program, etc.), price, profitability, customer retention, and sales pipeline.

**What You Will Do**:
- ** Gain New Customers**: Selling new business by proactively and creatively identifying prospective accounts (e.g., leveraging referrals, trade associations, external networks), learning the prospective customers’ business and needs, and pursuing opportunities to add value through the full range of Ecolab products, services, and solutions.
- ** Grow Existing Customers**: Expanding Ecolab business with existing customers by building an increasingly broad network of customer relationships, continuously uncovering emerging needs, understanding broad Ecolab offerings and innovations, and identifying opportunities to position those solutions against newly defined customer needs.
- ** Retain Existing Business**: Retaining existing customers (sales and margin) by ensuring all service/delivery expectations are met, broadening and deepening enterprise-wide customer relationships, and continually reinforcing value aligned to different stakeholders/influencers (e.g., through business reviews).
- ** Lead Strategy and Customer Planning**: Leading the development of winnable strategies for meeting current and emerging customer needs. Leveraging Ecolab and customer relationships to create new, differentiating value and to increase Ecolab’s customer share.
- ** Sell and Support Innovation**: Actively pursuing opportunities to share and demonstrate the value of Ecolab innovations with customers. Proactively communicating emerging customer needs and opportunities to Ecolab to support or drive possible new Ecolab solutions with a focus on digital capabilities.
- ** Develop and Negotiate Contracts**: Working with corporate accounts finance, legal, and technical experts as needed to develop contracts that effectively represent products and services, pricing, and terms and conditions; negotiating contracts that are advantageous to both the customer and Ecolab; negotiating and implementing price adjustments.
- ** Ensure Customer Needs are Met**: Ensuring delivery on all service agreements and customer expectations through clearly communicated implementation goals, plans, and timelines and by coordinating and motivating field and other Ecolab resources to achieve delivery objectives. Effectively managing and resolving challenging customer situations.
- ** Manage Profitability**: Keeping profitability as a clear priority for self and others. Engaging the appropriate Ecolab resources (e.g. marketing, finance, legal) to build and maintain profitable business. Acting quickly to address problems that may negatively impact profitability and to seize opportunities to enhance profitability.
- ** Develop and Mentor Others**: Developing coworkers and field staff to enhance their ability to achieve goals and meet customer needs and expectations. Communicating critical information and insights from the industry and market to customers and Ecolab team members. Providing feedback and guidance to help others strengthen their skills and impact.

**Minimum Qualification**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or relevant
- Years of experience: 8 or more
- Work experience relevant to the role.
