**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Talent Acquisition:

- Takes responsibility for long-range workforce planning, including project start-up and close out.

Employee Performance:

- Provides guidance to managers regarding sensitive employee relations issues requiring the interpretation of company policies and guidelines.
- Conducts employee investigations and evaluates findings, recommends appropriate action, and assists employee’s manager with counseling and/or other disciplinary action, including termination. Provides guidance to manager in preparing related documentation.
- Investigates employee grievances, reviews employee appeals, recommends appropriate action, and facilitates a resolution with employees and their immediate supervisors.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources (or equivalent) and typically 5+ years of related Human Resources experience. Professional certification (or equivalent) is preferred.
- **What Desired Skills You'll Bring**:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the demonstrated ability to handle a wide variety of sensitive situations.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (both verbally and in writing) with all levels of employees and managers on TM issues pertaining to assigned area of responsibility.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential assignments and work in a fast-paced, highly-visible environment.
- Mastery of software (both standard programs and those specially designed for the HR field) required for related work assignments.
