**Responsibilities**:
1. Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and generating sales-related documents and presentations.
2. Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze sales data, market trends, competitor information, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for sales growth and improvement.
3. Sales Coordination: Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, appointments, and presentations. Ensure all necessary materials and resources are available for sales activities..
4. Sales Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales-related documentation, including contracts, proposals, and price lists.
5. Communication: Facilitate effective communication between the sales team, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
6. Sales Reporting: Generate regular sales reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights and recommendations to the sales management team.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Excellent Excel Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, data analysis, and creating reports and charts.
2. Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
3. Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
4. Coordinating Skills: Demonstrated ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines.
5. Data Collection and Analysis: Experience in collecting, organizing, and analyzing sales data and market information.
6. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sales-related documentation and data.
7. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and make recommendations for process improvements.
8. Team Player: Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team environment.
