Job Description

The role is responsible for areas of investor relations and policies, procedures and product programs under the Corporate Governance function. In addition, he/she shall extend support to Corporate Governance Manager in all areas relevant to the function.

Responsibilities

Investor Relations
  • Arrange for the GA (invitation, materials, MoM.... etc)
  • Deliver investor reports including PIF dashboard and other requirements in a timely manner
  • Draft and deliver D360 Newsletter to the investors
  • Fulfil investors all requests (internal meetings with D360 team, Financials, documents.... etc)
  • Manage Edaa account (in related to investor portfolios)
  • Custody of investor relation record

Policies, Procedures & Product Programs
  • Coordinate between different function, management committees and board committees in the relation to the development and approvals of the policies, procedures and product programs.
  • Documentation and maintain logs of all board approved documents.
  • Ensure documents are up to date and follow up with relevant stakeholders in relation to document updates.
    General
  • Support Corporate governance department Dep. & Board Affairs with daily tasks
  • Perform all other related tasks as instructed by Corporate Governance Manager.

Enforce, incorporate, and comply with all necessary controls and related information security (EIS) policies, procedures, practices, training, reporting, personal due diligence and vigilance, within departmental/unit activities and operations.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
  • A tertiary level qualification from an internationally recognized institution

Years & Nature of Experience
  • Would have 3 to 5 years of equivalent experience where required competencies and experience has been demonstrated
  • An experienced professional who can deliver on difficult technical tasks
  • Has project implementation experience
  • Is self-sufficient at work and could be given small project responsibility
  • Has provided technical supervision to junior staff in the past
