About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Senior Associate to join our team at High Street Resources. As a key member of our advisory and private equity firm, you will play a critical role in executing mergers and acquisitions to support our strategic growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end M&A process, including initial assessment, due diligence, negotiation, and closing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure thorough due diligence and seamless execution.
  • Develop and present transaction proposals to senior management and investment committees.
  • Assist in structuring deal terms and negotiating agreements.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to draft and review transaction documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Support post-merger integration efforts to ensure smooth transition and realization of synergies.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of acquired companies post-acquisition.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investment partners, advisors, and target company management teams.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management and other relevant parties throughout the transaction process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or a related field.
  • Background in a Big 4 firm is a significant advantage.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Excellent understanding of valuation techniques, financial statements, and corporate finance principles.
  • Proven track record in managing and executing M&A transactions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is a hard requirement.
