Key Responsibilities- Test Planning and Execution
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.
Defect Identification and ReportingIdentify and report defects in a timely and accurate manner to ensure prompt resolution and minimize downtime.
Collaboration with Development TeamWork closely with the development team to ensure that software products meet the required quality standards.
Process ImprovementIdentify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality and efficiency of our software development process.
Communication and ReportingCommunicate test results and defects to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, and provide regular progress reports to management.
Requirements- Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience3+ years of experience in quality assurance and software testing.
SkillsStrong understanding of software development principles and methodologies, experience with automated testing tools and testing frameworks, and proven track record of delivering high-quality software products.
Personal QualitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
