  • Developing and implementing quality management systems to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conducting audits and assessments to verify compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams on quality and compliance matters.
  • Developing and maintaining quality assurance procedures to standardize processes and ensure consistency in quality practices.
  • Managing and tracking corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely resolution and effectiveness verification.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive improvement initiatives and enhance quality performance.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert on quality and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinating regulatory submissions and filings to facilitate timely approvals and overall compliance.
  • Supporting external audits and inspections by regulatory agencies and customers.
  • Monitoring changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards to assess their impact on our quality systems.
  • Developing and delivering training programs on quality and compliance topics to raise awareness and build competency.
  • Analyzing quality data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as quality management, regulatory affairs, or a related field.
  • Practical experience in a similar role with a focus on quality and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and analyze large volumes of data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance principles and methodologies to establish and maintain effective quality assurance processes.
  • Understanding of supplier quality management principles and practices.
