Job Overview:

The Collection Agent will be responsible for managing and overseeing collections in accordance with our policies, processes, and credit control guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitor debtor reports daily to arrange communication with clients for past dues and forthcoming instalments.
  2. Follow up on warnings issued to clients and ensure collection of outstanding amounts.
Legal Compliance
  1. Ensure all uncollected amounts related to each rental agreement are raised to our company lawyer.
  2. Follow court cases and submit a monthly status report.
  3. Provide guidance and relevant documentation to our company lawyer.
SIMA File Management
  1. Work with the collection team to ensure updating the SIMA file of all activities and transactions made by each customer account.
  2. Follow bad debit customers with SIMA.
Achieving Targets
  1. Work towards achieving targets (daily, monthly, yearly) as part of the collection team.
Qualifications and Skills
  1. Fluent in English/Arabic.
  2. Excellent computer literacy (Word & Excel).
  3. Strong communication skills (written/oral).
Experience and Education
  1. 2-3 years experience in collection or finance-related fields.
