Job Overview

CARE is seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 applications to meet the unique needs of our clients in the catering, food service, and FMCG sectors.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and business processes.
  2. Design and implement tailored solutions that align with business objectives.
  3. Provide comprehensive training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the system.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Dynamics 365 with other business applications.
  5. Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
  6. Maintain system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
  7. Stay up-to-date on the latest Dynamics 365 features and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
  8. Assist in data migration and ensure data integrity during system transitions.
  9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system capabilities.
