Job Summary

This role involves handling support requests, coordinating IT tasks and projects, managing and escalating support tickets, and assisting with IT system implementation and maintenance. Responsibilities also include participating in IT project planning, maintaining detailed documentation, managing IT resources, and escalating unresolved issues. Additionally, the role supports various IT-related projects, including those involving internet, printers, CCTV, networking, and other equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to incoming support requests via various channels.
  2. Coordinate the scheduling and prioritization of IT-related tasks, projects, and service requests.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for end-users, managing and escalating support tickets as needed.
  4. Assist with the implementation and maintenance of IT systems, software, and applications, providing end-user training and guidance.
  5. Participate in IT project planning and implementation, ensuring timely and effective delivery of IT solutions at the site project.
  6. Maintain detailed records and documentation of IT-related activities, assets, and service delivery.
  7. Coordinate the procurement and management of IT equipment, software licenses, and other IT-related resources for the site project and BBU Department.
  8. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level IT support teams.
  9. Support various IT-related projects (Internet, Printers, CCTV, Network, Laptops, Bio Metric Machines, licenses, Local Purchasing, etc.).

Job Location: Riyadh Headquarters.
